Salicylic acid for acne and acne,dry skin,missed period

Androgens do two things: First, they enlarge the sebaceous glands in the skin. Second, they cause these glands to increase sebum (oil) production. Androgens cause the sebaceous glands to enlarge (hormonal acne may result). This process is part of normal development.
Pustule - Like papules, pustules are small round lesions; unlike papules, they are clearly inflamed and contain visible pus. They may appear red at the base, with a yellowish or whitish center. Pustules do not commonly contain a great deal of bacteria; the inflammation is generally caused by chemical irritation from sebum components such as fatty free acids.
Another interesting new treatment, named Murad, does not use benzoyl peroxide which can dry out skin in some cases, to control acne. This unique solution does use sylicylic acid however, which is quite common. However, what makes it unique is that it uses hydrogen preoxide to help clean out the pores of bacteria. This is not common in most cleansers. This cleanser also combines hydrating agents and antioxidants in the skin to help keep skin soft and smooth as it should be.
