Hair loss, fatigue, dry skin, poor memory, acne and how to treat acne scars

Acne is caused by a blockage of the oil gland that lubricates the skin, this blockage then causes bacteria to build up underneath the skin and we see a red swelling, this is commonly called a "pimple" or a "zit" sometimes we may see a "white head" which is a pimple with the whitish puss bacteria more visible through the skin, we also have the "black head" which is usually more flush with the skin and has a darkish oily batch of skin tissue mixed in with it.
Lots people think that Acne is an Adolescent thing. can then e their embarrassment when they see themselves as adults suffering from Acne. Well do not worry, you are not retrogressing. The truth is that a good number of Adults suffer from Acne at one point or the other in their adult life. Did you heave a sigh of relief? I guess your next question would be "what can I do about it?"
While cosmetic may not cause acne directly, it can certainly worsen the situation. Therefore, always take great care when choosing cosmetics. Also, do not ever wear make up overnight. Always take a few minutes and wash it away before going to bed.
